Captioning to be required for streamed video
For those of us who have a need or interest in captioning our programming, this article from Broadcast News is about coming regulations re new Federal captioning requirements; probably won't affect Public Access , EXCEPT as regards internet video (for those of us who stream our programming, these MAY apply).
